e-Registration

With e-Registration, you can easily register drivers at the freight handling areas. e-Registration also serves as the platform at Schiphol where all registrations, from e-Link to Secure Import, are processed. Without electronic registration, access to the freight handling areas at Schiphol will no longer be granted as of June 1, 2022. e-Registrations is therefore the primary portal for handling agents to see when, who (driver) from which company is expected at the site for what purpose.

smart-Transactions

With smart-Transactions, you have real-time insight into card usage within your organization. For example, you can see where and when your drivers have used their cards. Furthermore, when using smartLOXS card readers at your own location, you can see which cards have been scanned and where at any time.

smart-Cards

With smart-Cards, you can manage cards. You can request cards, temporarily block them, or permanently block them. You can also add security awareness certificates.
If you want to issue company cards yourself, you can also print your own cards at your own location. smartLOXS provides the printer and photo equipment to neatly display photos of users on the cards, in your own branding.

smart-Access

With smart-Access, you manage just one access control system. smart-Access is ideal if you want to integrate your site and building security with your freight handling security.

smart-Statistics

smart-Statistics provides insight into handling patterns on your site. These statistics can be tailored to the site owner’s specific needs. These statistics provide comprehensive insight and extensive management information, including peak times, deviations between expected and actual arrival times, handling times, and normal distributions.
