You can use this button to log in to the smartLOXS system if your company is already registered with us.
Remember that you can only be logged in to the same account on one device at a time.
This allows you to register the company in the smartLOXS system. This only needs to be done once.
Users with an existing smartLOXS account should email the information (first name, last name, phone number, and email address) for the new account to helpdesk@smartloxs.com. This is only possible if you are from the same company.
On app.smartloxs.com you will see the link “Forgot your password” under email and password, so you can request a new password.
Steps to activate app authentication:
This can only be done by sending an email to helpdesk@smartloxs.comĀ or calling the helpdesk.
For Secure Import registrations, Cargonaut requires your company ID. To obtain this information, please send an email to helpdesk@smartloxs.com.
