You can use this button to log in to the smartLOXS system if your company is already registered with us.

Remember that you can only be logged in to the same account on one device at a time.

This allows you to register the company in the smartLOXS system. This only needs to be done once.

Users with an existing smartLOXS account should email the information (first name, last name, phone number, and email address) for the new account to helpdesk@smartloxs.com. This is only possible if you are from the same company.

On app.smartloxs.com you will see the link “Forgot your password” under email and password, so you can request a new password.

Steps to activate app authentication:

  1. Open the App Store (iPhone) or Play Store (Android).
  2. Search and download ‘Google Authenticator’ or ‘Microsoft Authenticator’ from the App/Play Store.
  3. Open the app and click the + to add a new code. For Google Authenticator, this is in the bottom right corner, and for Microsoft Authenticator, it’s in the top right corner. Your camera will then open.
  4. Open app.smartloxs.com on a computer and log in with your account.
  5. A QR code will appear on the screen. Scan this QR code with the Authenticator app on your phone.
  6. Enter the code from the authenticator app on your phone.
  7. App authentication is now set up. The code is reset every 30 seconds. You can use this app every time you log in to app.smartloxs.com.
